Do I keep my rights?

Yes. You retain ownership of your film. Blood Pact Films offers both non-exclusive and exclusive distribution agreements depending on the needs of the film and the release strategy.

What is your revenue split?

60 percent to the filmmaker and 40 percent to Blood Pact Films.

Do you charge upfront?

No. Filmmakers we distribute do not pay anything upfront. Optional services such as poster design, closed captions, trailer recuts, metadata work, or QC fixes are only for filmmakers we are not distributing. These services are paid upfront. If we distribute your film and you request optional upgrades, the cost is taken out of future revenue rather than paid out of pocket.

Where will my film be released?

AVOD, FAST, YouTube programming, physical media, and digital platforms depending on QC and platform approval.

Do you accept short films?

Yes. Short films may be released on our YouTube channel or included in a future anthology. Shorts are not placed on AVOD platforms.

Do you accept LGBTQ films?

Yes. We accept LGBTQ genre films, queer horror, queer thrillers, and LGBTQ centered stories.

Do you accept extreme or adult themed films?

Yes. We accept graphic or boundary pushing content as long as it serves a narrative purpose and is not pornography.

Do you accept pornography?

No. We do not accept pornographic films.

Do you accept films still in production?

No. The film must be complete before submission.

Do I need captions Closed?

captions are optional. If you do not have them, we can create them as a paid service. If your film is accepted for distribution, the cost can be taken out of future revenue.

Do I need a poster?

A poster is optional. If you do not have one, we can create one as a paid service. If your film is accepted for distribution, the cost can be taken out of future revenue.

How often do you pay filmmakers?

Quarterly, 30 to 45 days after we receive payments from platforms.

Do you accept films that already have distribution?

Yes, as long as the current agreement allows it and rights are clear.

How long does the process take?

60 to 120 days depending on QC and scheduling.
